Based in our Dubai office, the Investment and Commercial Agency department is looking to recruit an Industrial Agent to be responsible for managing all leasing and sale mandates within the Industrial sector.
You will report directly to the Head of Investment and Commercial Agency and manage all client meetings and property viewings within the Industrial sector. You will be responsible for developing new business proposals and follow-up materials, such as lease comparisons, market overviews and prospect or client presentations. You will also provide clients with industry and market-specific information and maintain contact information on prospects as well as updating database and activities on our on-line platforms.
This role would suit an ambitious individual who is looking to join a team with an unrivalled reputation within the industry. You will be passionate, driven and hardworking and will have an interest in working in a market leading team.
