A unique opportunity has arisen for a valuation administrator to join a highly respected commercial valuation department in an established chartered surveying firm. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the UAE.
What this opportunity involves:
The commercial valuation team provides a mix of valuation work for a range of top tier clients including banks, developers, lending institutions, owners and occupiers who rely on our advice to make financial decisions, assess risks and ensure they adopt the correct management of individual properties and portfolios.
This role is based in our Abu Dhabi office and will involve providing administrative support to the commercial valuation team and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
This role would suit an ambitious individual who is looking to join a team with unrivalled knowledge and technical exertise within the industry. You should exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritise daily tasks.
