Client: Private Company – Power Plant Type: Power Plant Reason for study: Insurance Scope of Work: Emergency power plant, and six GE LM 6000PC gas turbine generators, with total output of 300MWe, plus all associated plant storage and logistics services consisting of freezers, cold stores, racking and transportation.

Client: Stratum Owners Association Location: Dubai Purpose: Property inspection handover report Cavendish Maxwell were instructed to undertake a Property Inspection handover report for B2B tower. The building was newly constructed at the time of inspection and we were able to establish a number of items of work that the contractor had to complete.
We undertook an initial document audit and progress payment certificates for the above property. This included a review of all documentation provided by the client including payment certifications, variations, delays and all relevant contract documents. We provided comment on the progress of the development as a whole, highlighting the progress of works in percentage terms.
