Assistant Valuer – Emirati Nationals

Cavendish Maxwell is seeking Assistant Valuers to join our Commercial Valuation department in Dubai and Sharjah. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier clients, including banks, developers, and property owners, delivering high-quality valuation services across a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities: 

• Conduct property valuations across the UAE, applying market knowledge and analysis
• Provide informed, market facing and independent advice on property types
• Reach firm and justifiable conclusions on values for work undertaken
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and present valuation advice to clients
• Take day to day responsibility for the execution of instructions under minimum supervision.
• Manage multiple instructions at the same time efficiently and effectively
• Assist with the development and maintenance of a strong client base
• Support an expanding team in its business development objectives and continued growth in revenue
• Collaborate with other departments internally to maintain market knowledge and cross-sell opportunities
• Comply with all company information security policies and procedures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information

Qualifications and Experience:

• 0-1 years of experience as a valuer in the UAE real estate market
• UAE real estate market knowledge would be preferable

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a wider team
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle
