Fit-out Management

Representing the building owner or building manager we coordinate the tenant’s proposed fit-out works during the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages. We ensure designs comply with statutory obligations, providing approvals, and monitoring the works through to completion and occupation. We also have the capability to produce fit-out manuals bespoke to individual clients’ needs for residential, commercial and retail developments.

 

Project Feasibility

Project feasibility covers a variety of requirements from the preparation of an initial brief and budget through to a master programme and a risk profile. Our team would also advise on the most suitable procurement strategy to align with programme and budget, undertake full pre-qualification assessments of all third-party consultants and delivery partners along with advising when and in what capacity they would need to be engaged.
