What We’re Looking For
We are seeking driven and talented graduates to join our programme. To be eligible, you must meet the following qualifications and demonstrate the key skills we value:
Qualifications:
- A degree accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- A valid driving licence (essential for site visits and client engagements).
Key Skills:
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interactions and reporting.
- Motivated Self-Starter: A proactive approach to work, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Familiarity with applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Fluency in Arabic (desirable but not essential): A valuable asset for working with regional clients.

About the Programme
The Cavendish Maxwell Graduate Programme spans two years and is tailored to provide you with a comprehensive introduction to the property market. It includes four six-month rotations, offering exposure to diverse projects and market segments.

Application Process
We’ve designed a simple four-step process to help you join our graduate programme:
Step 2 – Eligibility Check
Our team will review your application to verify your eligibility and suitability for the programme. If additional information is required, we’ll contact you.
Step 3 – Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an in-person interview at our head office in Dubai or a Teams call. You’ll meet some of our business leaders and have the chance to discuss your aspirations.
Step 4 – Welcome Aboard!
Successful candidates will receive an offer letter. Once you accept, we’ll send you an employment contract and a welcome pack with everything you need to know about joining our graduate programme in September 2025.

She brings to the HR team over 10 years of extensive people-management skills and hands-on experience leading HR initiatives.
Jessica's expertise is founded on understanding and translating business objectives into meaningful strategies and policies that engage and motivate employees and create a positive work environment. Placing immense importance on employee engagement, Jessica believes in the principle that people tend to support what they help to create.
Prior to her role at Cavendish Maxwell, Jessica held various positions within private and public sector companies in the UK. Her meticulous approach, passion to understand what motivates people, and her support in helping them achieve their full potential has inspired positive change in the organisations where she has worked.
