Real estate is an important sector for the UAE economy with plenty of scope for specialisation. I had prior experience in the property segment in India but wanted to further expand my knowledge of the UAE market when I moved here. Cavendish Maxwell’s graduate programme gave me the perfect opportunity to explore the various facets of the industry and develop a solid foundation for my career.
At Cavendish Maxwell I have been able to put all the theory I’ve learned into practice, whilst receiving guidance from a knowledgeable and experienced in-house team of experts. The friendly and vibrant working environment has enabled me to work hard and perform well, and I especially appreciate how individuals in the company treat one another with respect and kindness.
