Leading Cavendish Maxwell’s operations in Riyadh, Sean Heckford focuses on building strong partnerships and improving the way we support our clients. He is committed to finding smarter ways of working that make things more efficient and help clients achieve better results.

Before joining Cavendish Maxwell, Sean worked as Director of Accommodation and Facilities at Parsons Corporation, where he helped launch a large site-based facilities project for NEOM’s The LINE. This included setting up high-quality project offices and delivering a fully integrated service for a large workforce.

Sean has strong experience in asset and portfolio management, gained through working in complex international markets. His ability to plan strategically and deliver cost-effective solutions has been a key part of his success. He is passionate about operational excellence and works closely with teams to ensure that real estate strategies support wider business goals.

Kevin is a Director and the Regional Head of Built Asset Consulting at Cavendish Maxwell, a leading independent property consultancy in the Middle East. He joined the firm in 2025 and brings over two decades of experience in delivering project and programme management solutions across the region.

As Regional Director, Kevin is responsible for overseeing the strategic growth and operation of the Built Asset Consulting (BAC) business line across Middle East with particular focus on the UAE, KSA and Oman. Through use of his extensive industry network and knowledge he is also mandated to support the country entry and growth of the wider Cavendish Maxwell business lines.

His expertise spans working on complex real estate portfolios and delivering solutions in sectors such as hospitality, leisure, infrastructure, and oil and gas. Having worked in the Middle East since 2005, kevin has a proven track record in leading large-scale projects and delivering exceptional results for clients.

Prior to joining Cavendish Maxwell, Kevin has also enjoyed success in a number of senior leadership roles in the he MENA region in prominent organisations, including The PIF, JLL, Turner and Townsend and EC Harris/Arcadis.
