Bloom Properties commences handover of Park View apartments on Saadiyat Island

Real estate developer Bloom Properties, part of Bloom Holding, has begun the handover of units at its Park View development on Saadiyat Island.
The residential building consists of 234 units from studios to three-bedroom apartments and will increase the neighbourhood’s living and lifestyle options.
In August 2016, Bloom Properties had appointed a joint venture between Tharwaa and Al Mansouri 3B as the main contractor for the project.
