Dubai Land Department launches online calculator Manzili

• Manzili matches prospective buyers with suitable properties based on their savings and budgets
• One can search for options by developer, location, property type or project status

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has introduced Manzili, an online calculator that matches prospective buyers with suitable properties based on their savings and budgets.

Interested buyers can fill out their contact details, preferred location and space required, along with current and monthly savings on the online portal. The calculator will then generate a list of Dubai’s real estate projects that match the given budget. One can search for options by developer, location, property type or project status.

The DLD launched the calculator with the aim to boost the real estate sector in Dubai by making it easier than ever to find the right property. The initiative is also in line with the government’s vision to make Dubai the smartest city in the world.

The DLD said in a statement, “The Manzili initiative will provide real estate opportunities for young government and private sector employees according to their monthly incomes and takes into account their needs and aspirations for the future, which enhances their culture of saving and supports their investment decisions.”

Currently there are 33 projects from six developers listed on the website including Emaar, Meeras, Dubai Properties, Dubai Holding, MAG Property and Ellington.
