Dubai-based developer, Emaar Properties, has announced the launch of ‘Ease by Emaar’, a platform to enable visitors to rent handpicked properties located in Emaar’s integrated communities across the city for short-term stays.
Guests of Ease by Emaar will be provided with hotel-grade housekeeping and amenities such as a digital mobile concierge, unlimited wi-fi, on-demand Google Smart Home devices such as Chromecasts, and access to facilities such as spas, swimming pools, sporting areas and kids zones. Customers can also get an ‘Ease Pass,’ which provides deals on leading attractions such as At the Top, Burj Khalifa, Reel Cinemas and others.
For investors, Ease provides an end-to-end property management service, including property set up, reservations management, guest hosting, housekeeping, maintenance, government licensing, and distribution of the listing across channels.
South Beach, a premium development in Emaar Beachfront, will be the first property to be listed on the platform.
In a separate announcement, the developer said that from September 19 this year, holiday home rentals will not be allowed in its Downtown Dubai development.
Emaar said the decision was made after the company’s management received several complaints from residents regarding disturbances and related inconveniences due to holiday home operations.
