Emaar Properties has unveiled plans for its waterfront residences at the upcoming Dubai Creek Harbour project. Creek Edge, located on the northern tip of Creek Island – the 6 sq km destination featuring the Dubai Creek Tower and a new retail space called Dubai Square – will be home to two towers, and adjacent to the premium luxury Address Harbour Point hotel.
The 40- and 20-storey towers will house 560 apartments and a limited collection of waterfront duplex townhouses on the podium level. There will be 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments on offer, with plenty of amenities including a gym, multipurpose room, outdoor children’s play area, swimming pool, BBQ pits, Zen/yoga area and cabanas integrated within the landscape of the project. The podium level will serve as a link to the promenade on Creek Island that has been designated for leisure and recreational activities.
Tenants of the new Creek Edge project will have sweeping views of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, famous for its migratory aquatic birds like flamingos.
Dubai Creek Harbour is set to welcome its first residents this year, as construction continues on other areas of the project. This includes luxury hotels, parks and gardens, several cultural attractions, canals, landscaped promenades, pedestrian walkways, cycle paths, and city bus routes.
