Sobha Realty launches One Park Avenue residential tower in Dubai

• G+24-floor building will include 403 one-to four-bedroom apartments
• Handover of units is scheduled for April 2023
• Project seeks to “reimagine new-age living through a sustainable lens”

Developer Sobha Realty has announced the newest addition to its Sobha Hartland development in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City in Dubai – the residential tower One Park Avenue.

The G+24-floor building will include 403 one-to four-bedroom apartments, with balconies that offer views of Dubai Creek, Downtown Dubai, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Dubai Water Canal and Meydan Racecourse.

The apartments will feature Sobha’s designed noise-cancelling façades and six Sky Gardens will line the tower, offering landscaped vertical spaces suited for yoga sessions and outdoor cinema viewing, among other activities. Dedicated electric car spaces with charging stations will also be available for those keen to embrace green living.

Set amidst a lush green landscape, Sobha said One Park Avenue seeks to “reimagine new-age living through a sustainable lens”.

The handover of units is scheduled for April 2023, with the developer offering a launch payment plan with a 5% booking deposit.
