We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as an Industrial Property Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all leasing and sale mandates within the industrial sector.
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Agency, your main responsibilities will include conducting client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations within the industrial sector. We understand the importance of support, so you can count on the Head of Commercial Agency to assist you in securing inventory and key client meetings as needed. In addition, you will have access to dedicated administrative support to handle your listings and required documentation efficiently.

Jessica's expertise is founded on understanding and translating business objectives into meaningful strategies and policies that engage and motivate employees and create a positive work environment. Placing immense importance on employee engagement, Jessica believes in the principle that people tend to support what they help to create.
Prior to her role at Cavendish Maxwell, Jessica held various positions within private and public sector companies in the UK. Her meticulous approach, passion to understand what motivates people, and her support in helping them achieve their full potential has inspired positive change in the organisations where she has worked.
Her key areas of expertise includes policy design, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HR workflow development, training and development, and benefits administration.
