Research Analyst – Dubai

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a research professional with a passion for real estate and a strong analytical mindset to play a key role in shaping data-led insights that inform business strategy.

You will be responsible for developing high-quality market research and intelligence to support our internal teams and clients across the region. From managing datasets and producing reports to providing input on client deliverables and contributing to thought leadership, this is a varied and impactful role for someone looking to deepen their expertise in a collaborative, commercially focused environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support a wide range of real estate initiatives.
• Analyse internal and external data sources to generate meaningful insights and trends.
• Maintain, manage and enhance structured datasets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data quality audits and implement improvements where necessary.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, presentations, and whitepapers for internal and external audiences. Support RFP submissions and technical proposals with relevant and insightful market content.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute tailored market commentary and analysis.
• Provide research-led insights for internal and external publications.
• Collaborate across departments to address data and research-related queries.
• Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline (master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a real estate or market research role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality, data-driven research reports
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market; broader MENA exposure is advantageous.
• Experience managing research projects and supporting team members.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools is preferred.
