We are seeking a skilled Residential Valuer to join our growing Residential Valuation team in Dubai. The Role

As a Residential Valuer, you will: 

• Conduct valuations across a variety of residential asset classes, including apartments, villas, and development sites.
• Provide clear and reasoned valuation advice, ensuring compliance with RICS standards and local regulations.
• Deliver high-quality valuation reports that support strategic decision-making for clients, including financial institutions, developers, and investors.
• Manage multiple valuation instructions simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accuracy and professional integrity.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to share insights and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth of the department through business development and proactive client engagement.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in residential property valuations, preferably within the UAE market.
• AssocRICS or MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality valuation reports, with a strong understanding of local market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with valuation software.
• A valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.
