Property Valuation for
UAE Golden Visa Applications

Obtain a DLD-compliant and RICS-certified property valuation report to meet the AED 2 Million investment criteria for your 10-year Golden Visa

Why do you need a Certified Valuation?

A certified property valuation is an important part of the UAE Golden Visa application process, helping confirm whether your real estate asset meets the required investment threshold. It provides a clear, professionally prepared assessment of market value that can support your application and reduce uncertainty when submitting property-related documents.

A professional valuation also gives confidence that the figure is independent, accurate and based on recognised methodology. This is especially important where property values, ownership structures or financing arrangements need to be assessed carefully as part of the application.

Cavendish Maxwell is an independent property consultancy with extensive experience in UAE real estate valuation. Our reports are prepared by RICS-accredited professionals and grounded in recognised industry standards, giving clients a reliable basis for Golden Visa property applications and related decision-making.

Saudi Arabia's three major residential markets delivered divergent performances in 2025. Riyadh recorded approximately 56,600 transactions, down 31.4% year-on-year, as affordability constraints and elevated financing costs dampened buyer activity. Despite the decline in transaction volumes, average transaction prices reached SAR 1.7 million, the highest level in recent years, with apartment and villa prices appreciating 6.6% and 9.7%, respectively. The rental market remained strong throughout the year, ultimately prompting the Government to introduce a five-year rental freeze in late September 2025.

This was certainly […]
