Our investor client (the prospective purchaser) required us to review undertake a technical due diligence survey of the newly completed hotel to ensure that the building has been completed in accordance with the SPA, to the requisite quality, to highlight any items that would affect value and the likely 10-year CAPEX lifecycle costs.
